Noire and Jems have stolen my heart! This was such an amazing novelette. Ms. Laika provided different perspectives on police brutality/murder but also brought together a powerful and deep love between two beautiful souls. I knew it was meant to be short, but ooh! I wanted more of Noire and Jems!
